FPV series can be used in bulk gas and final filtration as well as in the water filtration due to its low cost, low pressure drop, pleated surface for longer life as well as its consistent reliable removal efficiency. It can use in certain chemical filtration due to its PVDF/PP chemical compatibility.

FPV series is rated at 0.2 micron absolute liquid rating (0.003 micron absolute gas rating). It uses PVDF pleated filtration media with polypropylene support core and endcaps. These are disposable and can withstand differential pressure of up to 60 psi @ 120 deg F.
